Keeping you safe

Depending on your level of need, our friendly drivers can visit you up to seven days a week with a hot meal delivery and to check you are safe and well.

They can help you with any concerns and assist you with small tasks such as pouring a cold drink, helping you to the table or posting a letter.

Two thirds of our customers felt that they would be more likely to be in a care home without our service.

If there is a problem, we will contact someone to help you. Our free safe and well checks give peace of mind to many of our customers and their relatives, particularly if they don’t have other regular visitors.

We can also give you information about where you can get extra support if you need it.

All our drivers have been checked by the Disclosure and Barring Service (previously Criminal Records Bureau).
