Ordering your meals

Remember: For every main course you order you can also order a dessert for free. There is a minimum number of five main meals per frozen order.

Telephone

You can also telephone us with any order or enquiry.

One of our friendly staff will talk you through your order and give you any help and advice you need (for example, what meals are suitable for particular diets).

Printed order form

You can fill this in at your leisure and give it to your driver next time they deliver. Either download a copy and print it out yourself or ask your delivery driver for one.

Ordering for someone else

We're happy for other people to order meals on behalf of others.

So if you are a relative, friend or neighbour who needs to support someone with their meals, you can order on their behalf or contact us directly and let us know the situation.

Changing your order

We are happy to change your order at no cost. Simply contact us and let us know what you want to change. Please give us 24 hours notice of any changes.

Paying for your order

There are three ways of paying:

  • debit / credit card - contact us and we can take your payment there and then, or in advance online
  • direct debit - ask for details when ordering meals
  • invoice -┬áthese will be issued at the end of the month to yourself or someone else who manages your finances.
